Carlos Mejías, born in Bienvenida, Badajoz, in 1996, is a flamenco guitarist with a Higher Degree in Flamenco Guitar from the Rafael Orozco Higher Conservatory of Music in Córdoba. He completed his training at the Cristina Heeren Foundation of Flamenco Art and at Eduardo Rebollar’s Performing Arts Academy, studying with masters such as Manuel Parrilla, Manolo Franco, Niño de Pura, Antonio Rey and Diego del Morao. He develops his professional career in leading tablaos in Seville, including Casa de la Memoria, where he stands out for his sensitivity and experience accompanying cante and baile. His career includes performances at festivals, institutional events, hotels and cultural spaces, combining respect for flamenco tradition with an elegant, personal touch.
