CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY

Tickets purchased through the Website correspond to leisure services provided on a specific date and at a specific time. Therefore, in accordance with Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to other distance purchases does not apply.

Once the purchase has been completed, cancellations, date changes or refunds will not be accepted for reasons attributable to the User.

No refund will be issued when the User is unable to attend the performance, arrives late, selects the wrong date, time or ticket type, makes a duplicate purchase, or experiences any other personal, medical, employment, transport or travel-related circumstance beyond the control of Casa Flamenco Azahar.

Unused tickets will become invalid and will not entitle the holder to a refund, exchange or compensation.

A full or partial refund will only be provided when the performance is cancelled, postponed or substantially modified by Casa Flamenco Azahar, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed with the User.
